Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance of your order occurs when we ship the product, at which point a contract is formed between us.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

These timeframes are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including customs processing.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be in original, unworn, and unused condition
• Original packaging with all tags still attached

Non-Returnable Items:

• Slippers (for hygiene reasons)
• Sandals (due to intimate fit and hygiene concerns)

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
4. Securely pack the item with the RAN inside and ship to our return address

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not caused by our error.

• Credit/Debit Cards: Allow 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: Allow 3-5 business days after processing

For exchanges, once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement free of charge, subject to availability.
