We are proud to ship our products globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it is shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:
- In its original, unworn, and unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Slippers (for hygiene reasons)
- Sandals (due to their intimate fit and hygiene concerns)
This policy is strictly enforced to protect our community of customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and the reason for your request.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RAN inside the package, and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds: Timing & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not caused by our error.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it.
- PayPal: Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge, subject to availability.
