Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product categories and commitment to hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Slippers (for hygiene reasons)
- Sandals (due to intimate fit and hygiene concerns)
Please note that this policy is in place to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RAN inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received by us.
Refund Timing and Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement product to you free of charge (if available). Exchanges are subject to product availability.
